Trained in Paris, I spent over ten years working in some of the city’s most demanding kitchens, refining a craft built on precision, discipline, and attention to detail.

With Chérubin, I wanted to create something different — not just a pâtisserie, but a place shaped by atmosphere, music, and a certain way of enjoying life.

Because in the end, food and music are meant to be felt.
