The format

Private bookings

For now, sessions take place in partner kitchens before Chérubin opens its permanent home

More than a class

These workshops are built around real craft, but always with a sense of ease. The idea is to learn something meaningful while actually enjoying the time spent together.

It can be a proper class, from scratch, with technique and structure. Or something lighter: choosing flavours, assembling, tasting, sharing. Both work. What matters is that it feels right for the group!
